Throughout Art History, Fine Art has generally been created by artists without financial means who have normally died in poverty, while their works over time have become VALUABLE PIECES of art affordable only by upper-class people , Art Collectors and new wealthy people.
For this same reason there is a stigma that the Fine Arts are created only for the upper class, creating an abyss of acquisition unattainable for the middle class and without possible access for the poor class, who don't even dream of entering to a gallery, museum, opera , etc. Which is really a shame, since the Fine Arts are food for the soul, they are the secret language to express thousand emotions in a few moments, they are the cry of a desperate soul in search of comfort, they are the answer to a concern and the hidden history eager to come to light.
If the Fine Arts were within everyone's reach, people's attunement would be in "HAPPINESS, UNDERSTANDING, ENCOUNTER, etc" mode.
